UCSC Extension has a new and innovative program for companies requiring assistance with HR-related projects—the Human Resources Projects and Consulting service.

This new service is designed to help companies with such tasks as training staff in harassment prevention, development of employee handbooks, and outplacement services. Companies may also contract with UCSC Extension to provide targeted human resources support and to discuss issues with certified human resources professionals. This service is perfect not only for startups, which may not be able to afford full-time human resources support, but also for large companies that seek to save money on current HR expenses.
