Lockheed Martin Corporation
For over ten years, NOVA has assisted Lockheed Martin with layoff assistance. The personalized assistance provided to recently outsourced workers truly helps ease a difficult transition. More recently, however, Lockheed was interested in recruiting skilled candidates for open requisitions. In March of 2004, NOVA coordinated recruiting sessions at its CONNECT! Job Seeker Center. Over 163 job seekers attended the two sessions, and I was able to identify about 20 qualified candidates for two technical openings.
