Joining ProMatch is a two-step process. The first step is to attend a
ProMatch Orientation. You will learn about ProMatch and the benefits of
becoming a ProMatch member, as well as the requirements to participate
in the program.
ProMatch Orientations are held every Wednesday morning at the CONNECT! Job
Seeker Center from 8:15 a.m. to 12 noon. There are no advance sign-ups—just arrive by 8:15 a.m. (Late arrivals will need to reschedule.)
After the orientation, the next step is to sign up for a ProMatch enrollment
session. ProMatch enrollments are scheduled every other Tuesday morning,
ensuring that there is no more than a week and a half wait to get into
the program.
Individuals can participate in the ProMatch program for up to seven months
and they have a "graduation date" if they haven't gotten a job
in that seven-month time frame. Participants can take leaves of absence
from ProMatch but the leaves do not change their "graduation dates."
Enrollment introduces new ProMatch members to staff and the ProMatch
facilities, covers policies and procedures, and helps members get started
as active, contributing members of ProMatch. For more information, visit
