NOVA has provided employment and training services since 1983.
The agency is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art tools and resources
for an effective job search. NOVA's goal is to empower job seekers to
make the best choices for reaching their career goals.
NOVA serves a diverse population with targeted services for dislocated workers, youth, economically disadvantaged adults, unemployed professionals, veterans, and older workers.
NOVA's major funding source is the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), however, additional funding sources include other federal and state grants, fee services and corporate donations.
